How do I register?
Bett Asia summit delegates click register to create an account.
Bett Asia participants will receive welcome emails from EIG@bettshow.com which will contain your account details and activation code.
My username or password won’t work, what do I do?
Click 'Forgotten your password' on the homepage and follow the online instructions. The system will generate a new password and send it to you - once you have logged in you may change this password to one of your choice in 'Account'.
I’ve logged in what do I do?
Step 1: Check and update your company's listing - 'Account' – including selecting your areas of interest
Step 2: Search for potential meeting partners - 'Search'
Step 3: Request meetings with your chosen targets
Note: you can search for a company or delegate name by typing in the first few letters in the search box, or by filtering by areas of interest
I don’t want to receive emails from the system what do I do?
Step 1: Open your Account and click your name at the left of the page to open your personal details edit form
Step 2: Check the 'Disable emails' box
Step 3: Click Save at the end of the form
Messages sent to you by other users will appear in your main Messages area, and in threads in the Message tab of your meetings
How do I book a meeting?
Step 1: Log in or register
Step 2: Click 'Book meeting' next to the name of the attendee you wish to meet
Step 3: Check the meeting details, adding a short message if required, and click Request
An email is sent to your meeting partner, requesting their confirmation. You will receive a copy of the email, and you can cancel the meeting at any time - if you click Cancel, you will be given the option to type a short message to the other person.
Who can I book meetings with?
When you login the search area will show you which types of participants you can request meetings with.
Any Bett Asia participant can book meetings with exhibitors.
How many meetings can I book?
Summit delegates and expo visitors can book as many meetings as they like.
A maximum of three people can attend each meeting.
How do I cancel a meeting?
To cancel a meeting click on ‘schedule’ and click on the meeting you will no longer be attending. Please write a message as to why or contact export.meetings@i2ieventsgroup.com If you need to cancel a meeting during the event please visit the stand.
What should I bring to a meeting?
You can bring your products, marketing material or a USB with content that can be shown on the screens available at each meeting.
Where can my meetings take place?
When you send a meeting request you can select the meeting location:
- At an exhibitors stand, if an exhibitor is joining the meeting
- At the Great British Pavilion, in Connect@Bett, if a UK company is joining the meeting
- At the Networking seating, next to the Great British Classroom
When confirming a meeting you can amend the meeting location. Your schedule will note the location of each meeting.
How much does this service cost?
The Connect@Bett programme has no additional cost on top of your event participation
